Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the services of RACO AI Technologies Ltd. By accessing or using our software, website, APIs, AI tools, automation systems, business consulting or any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (available at racoai.io/privacy-policy). If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and RACO AI Technologies Ltd (“RACO AI”, “we”, “us” or “our”). RACO AI is a company registered in England and Wales (Company No: 16757332), with registered address at 25 Rayners Close, Colnbrook, Slough, SL3 0LH, United Kingdom. 1.1 Services Covered

These Terms govern your use of all RACO AI offerings, including but not limited to our software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, AI tools and platforms, automation systems, application programming interfaces (APIs), and any business consulting or advisory services we provide. The Terms apply whether you are an individual consumer or a business entity using our Services (B2C and B2B use cases are both covered). Additional product-specific terms may accompany certain Services; in the event of a conflict, those specific terms will prevail for that Service.

1.2 Business and Consumer Users

If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such case, “you” will refer to the entity. If you are an individual using our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes (a “Consumer”), you are afforded certain rights under consumer protection laws as described in these Terms. We clarify where certain provisions apply differently to consumers and business users to remain compliant with UK consumer law and international standards.

1.3 Changes and Updates

RACO AI continually improves and updates its Services. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify features of the Services at any time. We will endeavor to notify you of any material changes in advance, especially if you are on a subscription service (see Section 16 on Changes to Terms). Your continued use of the Services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or use our Services. If you are 13 or older but under 18, you may only use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and will delete any account used in violation of this requirement.

2.2 Account Creation

To access many of our Services, you will need to register for a RACO AI account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@racoai if you suspect any unauthorized use of or access to your account.

RACO AI provides innovative AI-powered solutions, including cloud-based software tools, AI and automation services, data analytics, and business consulting. All Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AI outputs may be imperfect, inaccurate, or misleading. You must not rely on AI-generated content as professional advice and should always independently verify critical outputs.

You must not use the Services to:

• Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
• Introduce malware or disrupt the Services
• Circumvent limits, scrape data, or reverse engineer
• Generate unethical, illegal, or abusive content

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
